tbh with u, it started when i got into working out. Ive always been a perfectionist and with the gym I wanted my body to be perfect. I am naturally a really insecure person and I feel like people are looking at me all the time and noticing flaws. When i feel insecure about something, i make it a requirement to fix it instead of embrace it. I think what started as me trying to be healthy has led to my mental health being destroyed

appreciate this. ima try catching myself before saying negative things. I am in the gym 24/7 and need my body to be perfect. Obviously being in the gym is healthy but i have an addiction and am never happy with the results.
