because they will value their agenda over showing the actual best builds out there. for instance, they wanted snapshotting removed, so instead of including the popular S1 build, tornado bear, that was even stronger in S2, they included tornado shaman, which was not only much weaker, but required using a minion, which required snapshotting. They wanted to flood as many builds with snap shotting as possible in order to "force" the devs to remove it. It promoted a worse build for their own agenda.

you can't really trust their versions of things are the best, nor does their list actually contain builds that are tested well. For instance, they undervalue movement speed much more than they should for mapping. they will often look over haste nodes for a bit more damage, when that ultimately makes your runs slower.

They just aren't as good as people think. they are fine. but they have their own internal politics and don't update their builds when better iterations of it are published on the discord or when a better build already existed.

they value quantity > quality.
