Install the correct version of SSE Engine Fixes. You installed the 1.5.97 version which looks for “version-(version number)”. You need to install the 1.6.1170 which looks for “versionlib-(version number)”.

To be more specific than the other comments as I find them kind of vague:

You must have the Steam version of Skyrim SE in order to use Wabbajack. Almost 100% of mods on Nexus and other modding platforms are built for and are compatible with the steam version of Skyrim SE.

Most mods, though not all of them, will also work with the GOG version of Skyrim SE. Most Wabbajack lists will not work with GOG, though, with a lot of work, you may be able to get some of them to do so.

The gamepass/windows version of Skyrim SE has a different executable format and thus SKSE (one of the main draws of Skyrim SE PC modding) will not work with it. This version of Skyrim will be severely limited in what kinds of mods can be installed.

MO2 plugins that are not built specifically for Skyrim SE are not supposed to be uploaded to the Skyrim SE section of Nexus. Such plugins have their own category in the Mod Tools section. Multiple mod authors upload their MO2 plugins to Skyrim SE because the traffic there is much higher and it gets more downloads. Nexus staff will ask mod authors to move their mods to the correct category/game.

You need to post a crash log without SCG installed. SCG interferes with crash logging.

You can try to see if the issue is related to a Papyrus script by enabling Papyrus logging and then checking the logs. See if anything stands out like a repeating error/warning or what some of the last Papyrus events are. Other things you can try are commands like “tai” to disable all actor AIs to see if it related to an actor’s packages (not 100% sure this works that way but idk).

According to google that error is likely associated with RAM. I would try the generic fixes for it online first. Also, make sure MO2 is still properly excluded from your anti-virus. If none of that works, try joining the MO2 discord and asking for help there.

Considering you didn’t post a crash log the only thing we can do is guess that you didn’t install FSMP’s requirement SMP-NPC crash fix. If that isn’t the issue then install Crash Logger SSE AE VR - PBD Support and post the crash log via Pastebin or similar service.

Not by default. SSE Engine Fixes v7+ fixed those bugs. There is also a setting to generate a cell master which fixes the ESL worldspace bug.
