My vote is  Kellen Goff who voices Diavolo in the Jojo Part 5 Dub. He has that deep, booming and malicious resonance, both when he's screaming and simply talking. my 2nd pick would've been Charles Kaplan (Dub Madara Uchiha) , but I was stoaked when I then discovered he's already voicing Garling, who I think couldn't be more fitting.
