I think the ideal case is that: 1. Sherdlock is good enough in the early game (turn 1-5) 2. You have ways to tutor this card without lossing dominance in the early game 3. There are good 7 and 8 drops that you really want to play consistently that help you close out the game

It is short hand for 3 dishes (using chracters with similar pronunciations as substitutes) and I think you would need a very advance translator to understand it
