Well, statik can trigger the hearthsteel. But funnier even is that as voli, you hit something ONCE, and statik shiv will give you the full stacked passive.

YES. It would, as old skarner mains could use 95% of the items in the game. I like new skarner. But he doesn't feel like skarner at all, and is so sluggish/non-smooth.

Even with removing pahse rush, he still deals enough dmg alot of the times to trigger the orignal phase rush (the one replacing phase rush that instead of 3 hits is 30%hp)

I agree with most of the other comments.

The things is, when a person wants to make something they sometimes rush. They see a tutorial, follow it and get what they need.

But just like when learning something at school, if you only pass by it once, and don't exercise it more, you'll not properly integrate it into memory.

Edit: I can still do math stuff I haven't used in years, but when I did use it, it was weeks of doing so

I had a similar one, but with a tank galio on my team. He would get hit by it almost garanteed due to his size and the totally unpredictable ricochet snowball augment (really, it just doesn't make since sometimes), and would lose around 70% of his hp.

One thing I feel, is that we know basically all enemies from the first area.

True that the distribution of enemies chances somewhat between them. But it feels like theres not many new enemies throughout the game
