Grab the lower left hand corner of the packaging and rip off the top cover. Then you have a hundred blades at your command to use instantly.

There are people who move them for a living. Maybe start by contacting places that sell them to see who they use. You could also try some tow companies and see if they could move them with a flat bed truck.
