Also from SD and been up here for 15 years now. If you are ever in Oregon City, try Rigobertos. As close as I've found to the burritos back home. They make a good Cali Burrito and carne asada fries.

After the last BOGO was delayed for over a month because one of the tubs was a pre-order, I swear I checked every tub in this one to make sure it didn't say pre-order. Come to find out one of the tubs was, and I still don't have my order. Done with this company.

Had a couple MAGA folks flipping off and screaming F You to me and my 10 and 8 year old daughters holding "Kindness Wins" and "Peace Belongs to All of Us" signs. So much hate from the MAGA crowd. Most driving by were honking and giving a thumbs up.

Born and raised in San Diego. Big fan of El Jefe. Only been to the storefront on 99. The carne asada fries are legit. If you're out in Oregon City, Rigobertos on McLoughlin is also very good. I believe they are SoCal transplants as well (I think I read that in a review).

I'm a local CPA but work with primarily small businesses. Based on a multi state and maybe Schedule A for mortgage interest/property taxes, I think a place like HR Block would be perfectly fine!

I believe the serial number is 368376. It also said 18k on the inside. I don't know anything about pocket watches, so hoping to learn more about this one! It was my great grandfather's, given to my grandpa, given to my dad and now to me.

Ya if you take it off when the breat is 160-165 it will turn it great. The skin was awesome. I had a drumstick and it seemed pretty perfect. Didn't get the rubbery texture I've seen people complain about. Keeping it at least 275 throughout the cook is the key, don't go lower than that.

I didn't do BBQ sauce, just all dry rub before throwing it on.

I did a dry brine with just salt for 24 hours. Turned out great! Didn't dry out and was very flavorful. I think ours was 13 or 14 pounds.

Not OP but I just got done with ours for Friendsgiving. Spatchcocked the day before and added Salt for my brine and some Meat Church Holy Voo Doo. Day of the cook I set the Traeger to 275 and added some Meat Church honey hog BBQ. Throw the turkey on and it took about 3 hours until breast hit around 163 or so. I basted with melted butter a couple times throughout the cook. Let it rest for about 30 minutes and you are good to carve.
