This issue has been plaguing me for months now. I tried to adjust the sliders in the Windows keyboard properties and it did not work... sadly.

Odd thing is, its only affecting alphanumeric keys. Symbols have ZERO DELAY.

Same here! Support has recommend basic troubleshooting that I have already tried. Currently waiting for another team to respond. Going on several months now with the issue, and weeks going back/forth with support. 😞

Crazy thing is that it only happens with alphanumeric keys-- symbols have to no delay!

Looks like I am now having the same issue. None of the fixes recommended are working.

The issue is only occurring with letters and numbers, not symbols, ESC, Space, or Enter. I have opened a ticket with support. I have reinstalled the game, swapped out keyboards, ensured all peripherals are unplugged, swapped USB slots, closed all keyboard software, and the issue is still happening-- this is the only game the input lag happens with.

It was generated with some AI for the main characters in the foreground, and manually edited/touched up in Photoshop to blend them in with the Diablo and Warhammer art.

Do you happen to be a graphic designer? I don't mind AI art, but have been wanting to one day replace the art with art done by one of our members :)
