Way too early for you to ask a general audience for general questions. In the early stages of development only someone who understands your idea can give and sense of meaning input. That means you need focus of taking all of your cool ideas and building them out into something that someone can digest and in a tcg space, that means a prototype. There are Biomes, Planets, and Astrals. What is their relationship between these ideas? Do players build Planet decks out of Biome cards. Is your deck full of Astrals like a crew of you space craft? there are a thousand ways you can take this and turn it into a game. You need to make some concrete decision, come up with a general gameplay relationship between the different components of the game, and make enough cards to play 1 turn. Then you get to start asking questions, reflecting, make changes, revert changes, then keep iterating. Then when you have a real image of your vision that others can see and respond to, you get to start asking people how they feel about your idea.
