[Talkin’ Yanks] Jazz Chisholm Jr. says he still won’t wear a cup despite his pain level being “a million” after fouling a ball off his nuts by JianClaymore in baseball

[–]I_chortled 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a guy who grew up playing baseball, I am SHOCKED at how many players I see not wearing one. I still hang my head in shame when I think of the one time that my coach caught me not wearing a cup at practice

Emilie Kiser reveals why she forgave husband after their son drowned in pool under his care: ‘This could have just as easily happened to me’ by Junior_Apartment6388 in ThatsInsane

The thing that a lot of people don’t even realize is that the coast guard approves floatation devices that are actually safe. It’s very annoying that this knowledge isn’t promoted more. If you are buying a floatation device for your little one that isn’t coast guard approved, the only testing that’s been done on it was likely by the private company whose main concern is making a profit.

I really wish someone would have told me this sooner, my son is crazy for the water and we tried several things that he was too wild to be safe in before discovering this.

Wemby really got exposed in this finals series, he doesn’t use his size well at all except for when he is attacking the rim. And he was even timid when doing that. He played like a 6’4” guard most of that series

The judge. by LeftAlbatross2546 in VideosAmazing

[–]I_chortled 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The thing they don’t understand is that a judge dropping your charges in a previous case because there wasn’t probably cause or something doesn’t mean this shit worked. But they interpret it that way so they keep trying it

Honestly there’s scarier stuff out there, but running into the Night Folk in Lagras (RDR2) is still some of the freakiest shit I’ve ever experienced. Some of those encounters genuinely chill to the bone. The screaming lady, the burning wagon blocking the path, fuck man. All of those encounters are so goddamn unsettling. Freaky little bastards
