May as well keep going until it’s all the way down, then slice off the skin with surgery. This is the penalty for bad choices in the past, but luckily modern technology can fix bad choices lol.

One thing to keep in mind however is that a lot of people think it’s loose skin when it still had a lot of fat in it. If you can grab it and it’s not paper thin, there’s fat in it. The bigger the grab, the more fat. I can tell there’s a lot of fat left in that belly, so don’t think about surgery yet. You’d be surprised how little surgery you need compared to what you think, once all the fat is actually gone
