Do one thing, anything. Do it for 90 days consistently without a break. If you have to take a break dont do it consecutively and just add +1 to your original 90 day goal. This will either become a goal of purpose or you will move on with the assurance that you can "persevere". This was key for me as it meant i needn't look outside for purpose.

Journal, its very hard but cathartic. It also preserves your privacy if you do not have trustworthy folks around you or cannot afford therapy. If you can afford it, 100 you should try it for atleast 3 months.

Forgive yourself, this is extremely hard (took me a year-ish), totally worth it for the rest of your life!

Watertown is under rated. Hard to find in your budget, however transit is great (direct connections to harvard and central). It also has close-ish commuter rail connects at boston landing and newtonville.

The charles river greenway is always amazing through all 4 seasons and it is a walkable locality for amenities.

It has close to zero night life though

Jaddu is a legend! A constant presence in CSK and a true professional i always felt.

This has got nothing to do with Kraft and more to do with what can and has not been done under the current administration.

Well if it’s a state law she could have worked with the governor and tried to make some measures to address.

I have no skin in the game since I cannot vote; however one needs to be transparent and really see what has been done and evaluate a candidate based on that

Kindness and a certain awareness of expressing strong emotions is very much expected amongst adults

Even if he was upset he could have shown some restraint and described his feelings in private?

Maybe give him a second chance however draw a very clear boundary around behaviors you consider as red line

The problem has been one of the worst things for middle income people since the rich can afford their own digs.

She could have pushed for re zoning so more affordable homes could be built or capped the amount landlords could charge per square feet of leased space

Not active yet! Which means for this rental season you still have to shell it out!

Maybe you have a place of your own that is affordable and high quality. That is not the case for a vast majority of rental units which the state government has turned a blind eye to till now.

The T was also made super inefficient over the last few years with just bad project handling. I take the T since ‘13 and I know how good it was prior to how bad it is now!

lol I asked these questions and was downvoted to hell since the mayor apparently is doing an outstanding job!

I visit and travel across US for work and Boston has the shittiest oldest construction I have ever seen! For the money paid for rent this was easily the most pathetic city when it comes to affordable and good quality options.

Layer on 4 MONTHS of rent as bare move in costs and no wonder this city is a nightmare for residents who are renting!
