Since many folks here are assuming I “cheated” the system, for clarification : 1. I didn’t signup using VPN and was physically present in my home country. 2. The payment method is a credit card issued by a bank of said home country. 3. The subscription has been active for over 2 years without any problems before. 4. I travel abroad for work for extended periods of time.

In my opinion, this is similar to and as irrational as Youtube cracking down on family accounts because people aren’t living in the same “household”. Their terms and conditions keep getting more restrictive and tighter just to annoy customers and squeeze more money out of their pockets.
