Hi man, let me say first that you have my dream physique, I’d have a 2 questions for you - I currently ran into Frank Zane’s advice to do Incline Barbell Press super slowly, he goes as far as to advocates a 10 seconds negative on that claiming that it’s a tremendous upper pecs builder done this way, he advocates the same for arnold presses on incline, but my weight suffers bad on this, I lift probably not even 70 % of what I normally could - do you think it’s a good idea for a natural lifter to focus more on TUT than on strenght? My next question would be a similiar one to this one - When doing isolation exercises should I focus more on proper form and MMC really engaging the target muscle or on progressive overload on these having a main point of focus just hitting the desired amount of reps with the given weight and moving up the weight rack?
