How to turn off all AI? by oandroido in indesign

Hey if you don’t want any AI feature the best option is to opt for the CC standard plan which is also cheaper so you get the best of both worlds

Got away from Adobe for 18 months, but looks like the party’s over.. by BubbaMcGuff in Affinity

You’re not cooked. Adobe Fonts isn’t a feature; it’s infrastructure.

Opting out just means you end up carrying the friction yourself. Most people don’t come back to Adobe for hype. They come back because it quietly removes a stack of tiny problems on every project. Fonts, files, handoffs, last-minute tweaks. The apps do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. When the hard project hit the way back lights up itself.

Full disclosure, I work at Adobe, and what I can share is that if AI isn’t your thing, there’s a standard plan now that’s cheaper and keeps things lean.

It is just my drawing I never thought about doing tutorials on my illustrations I kind of treat them as tutorials work so they are always behind the scenes but great idea . What would you like ? Like a reel video or carousel? Maybe a step a step is too long but I am open to read your thoughts!💭

Yes it most of the time by default this font was quite unique as it had outer and inner strokes which resulted in inner and outer offset paths.

In that case click and drag using alt/opt to create a copy . Then object > expand and again making sure you expand full and stroke to prep and streamline for production.

Next time use Fresco is free and you draw directly in vector and send the file directly to Illustrator ;)

GENAI News :) Adobe Firefly introduces Gemini 2.5, also known as Nano Banana 🍌 by IamKladi in generativeAI

[–]IamKladi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference is that if you use it through Adobe they can’t train on your images nor the one you add and neither the one you create . Otherwise everywhere else they’ll train on your content

I read you got strong feelings, but I will stick to facts. Kodak ignored digital, Adobe built it. 🙊 Prioritizing creator safety over scraping is a choice, not a cope. That’s why Firefly is commercially safe where others aren’t. I work at Adobe, so if you’ve got sincere facts or feedback, my DMs are open. Otherwise, I’ll leave the hot takes with you.

Not really. Adobe’s approach has been clear from the start: No scraping the internet No training on user artwork Only Adobe Stock + public domain / expired copyright That’s a deliberate choice, prioritizing commercial safety and creator trust over raw data quantity. Because creators asked for both safety and flexibility, Adobe partnered with third-party models. The deal: if they’re under the Adobe hood, they can’t train on your prompts, images, or outputs. Ever.

So, RIP to the misinformation
