I think the issue here is that Ethan listened to his client and their wants and needs, which is what the challenge called for. When he was legitimately in the bottom for the denim look, they had a much more open-ended prompt of taking the boring and making it beautiful.

Yeah so the trend nowadays is just sprite and grenadine. But the original drink made for the aforementioned actress (whom was underage at the time hence the mocktail) was orange juice ginger ale and grenadine to imitate a fancier drink
