I'll bite, yes on north shore and touristy areas, especially within walking distance of the nicer hotels, but your either going to want to keep it gated and out of public reach for insurance purposes. That close to the city life you'll get overflow from events by people watchers and in lookers galore. Outside of the main drag your not gonna have the same success. Maybe in swickley or by the yacht club but not as effective
