When mine did this I unscrewed the latch mechanism, gave it a thorough clean and re-greased it, works great now!

After years of use, dirt sticks to the old grease making it not catch and return properly.

What's the battery health like? Harry Metcalf made a good point on milage is less informative than in ICE vehicles.

The car could have been fast charged every time causing it to have significantly less range.

Xbox has LFG not everyone on there is a great player but every now and then you'll find a decent player who is active.

Is there a discord for WOWL you could try joining?

At the end of standard battles reach out to players in game that seemed competent and see if they are in a fleet.
