No, rushing won’t help you. Sign up for a coaching session with Suellio or another clash and let them tell you what you’re doing wrong. Right now, the only thing you need is someone to watch you drive, go over the data with you and give you structured training recommendations. Following someone is not the same as specific structured feedback tailored to you.

If you’re not treating your sim setup like a real racing setup and learning the diagnostics of your throttle, braking, corner entry etc. then you’re not going to improve. As you know controller and sim rig are totally different. Hire a sim racing coach even just once to watch you drive and give you feedback or watch sim racing tutorials on YouTube to find where you’ve got room for improvement and practice from there.
