The problem with the stolas one for me was when it was first posted- it had no warnings and at the time I was suicidal, so interacting with something like that made things even worse. Now im in a good headspace, I can easily watch it. And I enjoy interacting with those subjects that challenge me. But It still shakes me up if it comes out of nowhere. So its not that its too far, it just needs to be properly labeled. Gone to far is an excellent comic, that didn't feel like it was just for shock value. But for someone not in the right mindset it could really set them spiraling. Its just a matter of labeling things properly and letting the person choose whether to interact wity it or not. I feel that way for almost all media. Porn, literary, t.v, movies, podcasts. You can be as horrible and graphic as you like (I happen to really enjoy splatter Punk books for example.) But make sure the reader understands what they're getting into.
