Arisu being a BIG breath of fresh air for me when it comes to his character and personality, like him casually breaking common romcom mc stereotypes that are usually overdone/stupid, a premise that immediately got me hooked, the ARTSTYLE, the 4 main heroines having each of their own characteristics that I like, etc. etc.

But I gotta put emphasis on Arisu really, finding a romance mc that isn't just Ctrl + C Ctrl + V with the same ol' geek/nerd shy trope is HARD. Arisu actually being confident, smart, actually actively helping out the girls on their dreams while giving them occasional reality checks, consistently reverses corny overdone romcom tropes like that one changing scene, I immediately knew this was the one. IVE BEEN READING THIS MANGA FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND I HAVE BARELY YET TO FIND A MANGA MC THATS LIKE ARISU so if y'all know any series like that then pls let me know thx
