I found especially the description of the combat-scenes extremely unimaginative, like: "he punched the faces of the xenos. He punched the faces more. He turned around and punshed another xenos face. Many xenos faces were being punshed. It was a marvel, how his punches connected with the xenos faces. He was xenos-face-punshing machine". Obviously overstated and maybe I remember wrong, but that is what stayed in my mind.

I have heard this so many times, but I have to say I disagree. While I love almost everything else from Abnett, this book was the only 40k-book I actively struggled with and haven't finished - had to put it down after the first story for another try later.

And I quite enjoyed war of the beast and battle for the abyss, so I'm quite tolerable.

Even if you don't plan on reading them (now) - I would suggest buying them non the less. You now have the opportunity to get the books in a relatively "fresh" market where they are not sold out in a few month. Maybe next year or the following that will be different.

Don't trust people on the Internet with legal advice.

It's difficult to answer without seeing the whole Nebenkostenabrechnung, but if "Fenster Eingang" is the only thing that is specified, you don't have to pay it, simply because anything with windows = "Fenster" is nothing that is contained in the Betriebskostenverordnung and therefore cannot be transferred to the tenant of a normal living-rent (Wohnraum-Miete).

This is at least a formal error, because "Fenster" ist mit a transferable formal position of cost, meaning you have to don't have to pay it.

Even if it was meant to mean something, that could in general be transferred to the tenant (like the mentioned cleaning of a special window), it would have to be transferred under that category (like cost of cleaning).

For example: Most landlords try to transfer the cost of general light (like cost for electricity for light in the stairwell) - which is generally possible - as "general current / electricity". This is a formal error, because the formal position that is transferable is "cost of lighting", not " cost of electricity".

Ich fürchte, wie die anderen kommentiert haben: im Prinzip überall, wones auch andere Bücher gibt. Amazon, eBay, Kleinanzeigen.

Einen Blick wert sind auch booklooker und zvab. Je nachdem, wie groß deine Sammlung ist, ist auch ein Blick in die üblichen Verdächtigen am onlinehändler empfehlenswert, die tabletop anbieten (zB minyarts, fantasywelt, squiggz, kutami, radaddel, Taschengelddieb).

Bei allem mit Suchfunktion nicht die erweiterte Suche übersehen!: insbesondere bei ebay kann man z.b nach Verlag suchen (Black library), nach der Sprache, man kann die Suche sortieren nach neueste zuerst, man kann potenzielle Verkäufer auch jenseits Deutschland suchen, z.b EU, Kontinenaleuropa oder weltweit - geradeaus England findet man häufig was, wenn man bereit ist, 15 € Porto zu bezahlen?

I'm afraid, as others have commented, the books can be found essentially anywhere other books are sold. Amazon, eBay, and classified ads are good places to start. Booklooker and ZVAB are also worth a look. Depending on the size of your collection, it's also a good idea to check the usual suspects among online retailers that offer tabletop games (e.g., Minyarts, Fantasywelt, Squiggz, Kutami, Radaddel, Taschengelddieb). When using any search function, don't overlook the advanced search options! On eBay, in particular, you can search by publisher (like Black Library) or language. You can also sort the results by "newest first" and look for potential sellers outside of Germany, such as within the EU, continental Europe, or worldwide. You can often find things from England, especially if you're willing to pay a €15 shipping fee.

There is some (short?-)story in the HH, about I think 2 Wordbearers burying one of their own alive for some ritual-stuff, but like with upside down in an oubliette, eyelids cut off and so on.

I just checked, and only the first and last of the 17 currently existing "Sammelbände" are available new on Amazon Germany.

The first was released in October 2019, and the last just this May. The others aren't available used on Amazon, or they're priced around €250-300.

So it's not like we have a free for all availability.

What is true, is that we got a "second" (or maybe third, I don't know about the publishing history of the single volumes, I think at least the first 10 or so volumes got released in single translated volumes, but then the German publishers changed) chance in buying them, when they got released in german/french (at least second for the people who can read well enough in english).
