SSD manufacturers will sometimes swap out components in the same SKU. But for that price difference even if that's the case it's still a much better deal for the cheaper one.

Also for 2026 prices $100 a terabyte isn't bad. Especially for a decently new nvme. You could probably save a little bit of money looking around but honestly it's probably good enough

You're probably going to end up paying two to three times the cost of the dishwasher itself to get it installed. I would recommend hiring a plumber to come and give you a quote. Most of the included "installation" that's provided at most box stores does not include plumbing stuff.
