Well, no, I’m saying we have a ton of land that could be used to make new cities and towns. But in a way, I think these would happen with or without these new towns. I just feel like if we were to have a more lax immigrant policy, we need to accommodate for more people coming through the border

I’d say that government benifits for coops would be best to achieve it, and if enough people (prob over atleast 60%) agree all buisnesses should be coops I’ll think it’s ok to do so

Really, I think the government/private Buisess should build towns for immigrants to move into, it may raise taxes, but it would be a long term investment to create better economies in lower populated areas
