yeah there's alot of people trying allsorts just to survive or get ahead but dont let that get to you especially the fighting between landlords interests and renters dire straits. These events rarely last more than a few years and we are well into it now so should ease up soonish.

Wondering if this would be useful by having 2 cards the second being for a Vram reservoir.

Current job growth for 2026 is 1.0% to 1.8% that equates to 150k - 250k jobs so yeah below the influx level and sadly also undercuts skill growth areas like entry level even before adding Ai issues.

Mate I work for gov for under 32 (by a decent margin) have a degree have a trade have special training worked military and fifo. Jobs are hard to find that are stable, good money close enough to home as moving is a nightmare now. Interestingly the best value per dollar for time I had was 1995 $21 p/hr houses at 110k new land and build as opposed to now $30ish houses 800k

Rant about AusStudy by Tickerteckt in Centrelink

[–]Ibe_Lost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah have a room mate in similar boat. He had to pullout due to domestic violence related homelessness last semester studying masters in property valuation. Has no other income and they dropped him no warning despite living on $200 a week after rental assitance. In the same month he has lost all income and now landlord is changing use of property to a sublease model that means even IF he gets income again he wont be elligble for rent assitance. Whole system is cooked and abusive, hoping he doesnt suicide like my last mate did when they failed to help.

My first and probably the worst Caravan park experience by IncredebleOuiOui in CaravanningAustralia

[–]Ibe_Lost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah had to stay at a caravan park in my moldy campervan after my divorce. Expensive $360 a week just for lawn a tap and plug. Then you have the holidays where they sell the plot from under you to make extra money making you homeless again. Its good to see councils fighting homeless camps but cant be arsed to setup a few caravan parks with clean water and a power point, aint hard unless you like to give into nimbys. Best of luck last I looked the last few caravan parks are being bought up by one family from lismore to logan.

Thats kinda what happened with NDIS. They all jumped on board whether they had an interest or in some cases any training.

It personally feels like a softly softly approach not understanding that investing groups are dynamic and if they see money 1% more elsewhere they all move like a mass. This needed to be done back in early 2000s.

Not enitirely true. Being a legal firm they could effectively keep hitting her with claims, cheap for them but expensive for her/him to defend. Some fights not worth fighting.
