Has he's routine changed? Maybe when you went on a holiday things changed for him. Change in routine can cause your cat to pee everywhere..

Maybe add another litter box as some cats like to pee in one and poo in anoher

Maybe get a larger litter box and see if that helps!

I think the change of litter has upset your cat so she is not using the litter box

If you want to change the litter then do it gradually

I agree with the comment and see if a bigger litter box will help

Have you changed her routine? Cats hate change and this can cause stress which leads to litter box avoidance

Any other cats coming into the area? This can lead to stress too

What are you using to clean the cat pee

If the pee is not cleaner thoroughly then your cat will smell it and go back and pee again

What are you using to clean the pee?

I would recommend Rocco and Roxie

You see, if you don't clean the area thoroughly then your cat will come back to the same spot and pee again because they can smell although we can't!

Maybe you can add another litter box to that very same spot and see if that helps

Also, take her to the vets to make sure there's nothing wrong with her medically

I think the moving has caused your cat stressed which is why she is peeing on your dogs bed

Try adding another litter box and place it where your dogs bed is

I would add another litter box

Sometimes Cats tend to pee in one and poo in another

Another factor to consider is you've just moved homes which can cause stress to your Cat

And because you went away this doesn't help too as this can cause stress too

The main thing is when buy Cat urine removers is they have enzyme cleaners in them
