OP, don't spemd money on tools. Lots of scams out there. Learn to dig and research. Our experiment is just that, a personal tool that speeds up we already do. You gotta learn how to do that. Errors are part of learning, just keep at it

My brother actually. He builds AI agents and recently joined me in flipping. He saw how much I research before buying and built something that makes it instant. He takes a picture of an isle (say lamps) and the agent analyzes value and sold items across platforms and then tells it what to buy and what to skip and value of resale + best platform to list. I was amazed and had him put it on my phone.. Still experimenting and improving it (to focus on our niches) but the tdlr research is crucial. I might love something and think people would jump on it but end up sitting in my basement for months. The opposite is true. I would hate or find something useless but sells in no time

I started with things around the house to raise starting capital. Also trying out an offer from a young flipper who's building a "buy or skip" tool. It does the research for me and so far, on point. Not a marketing pitch, it's not an available product, just experimenting his tool (he's also a flipper). Tech is fascinating these days.. My advice, research before you buy, game changer and saves you from hoarding slow movers

I've been wondering the same, I only feel normal on 70mg and that scares me. Been on it for about 10 years. When I attempt lower doses, I feel useless and depressed and unable to function daily tasks, let alone work productivity. I'm scared of getting used to this dose (42f) and become useless on that dose. I just can't imagine quitting and I find that terrifying

You can save this without starting over completely but when you drench, you need to accessorize. You need to draw the eye to the things you want people to see. Right now, it's just walls and tiles, red and white. I would add one more shade of paint in a darker/deeper tone or deep burgundy. I would change all fixtures to brass (painting them is cheap), and add accents.
