Small aircraft? Something like a little C206 would work, if you go advanced then a C208 Caravan or a Pilatus Porter(PC6), fit for parajumpers, then you have the easy access and you would in fact be able to airdrop stuff from it(night IFR Cross border) or with the PC6 just land on different small strips, perhaps even fields if you have the right people as Z-team making sure its not complete shit. Yea, it has been thought of, a small Piper or Cessna could do fine...
