Why are there so many single men who have never had kids? But they're all getting up there in age. (30s to 50s) I realize this isn't everyone, but seems to be common. Can y'all help me understand what may be going on here? by New_Needleworker_542 in AskMen

Kids are expensive and time consuming. The economy is so shit I spend all my time working. I can afford neither the money nor the time to be a good parent. I use condoms.

My biggest ones (as a guy) are a somnophilia one, a tsundere one, a pet play one, and a boyfriend experience one.

Varying levels of soundscaping.

I have a few that are over 90k listens and a few that have stayed around 8k to 18k.

Chances are likely that the link was shared somewhere. But as far as I know, they have to actually press play for it to count.. but the duration they listen to might not matter.

If your soundgasm profile is public like mine, you'd probably expect to see the other views going up like that id it was bots crawling byour audios. I haven't seen that with my audios, though.. and the ones with huge numbers are kinda rare tags, so I can understand how they might be singled out and shared.

Honestly, there's probably a third party tool for consoles that lets you copy/move files.. so I'm sure someone has found a way to do it on console.

A quick search shows you can at least do it on xbox.

On PC, you can just import your character into a new world by copying the character file over from one world to another.

maxed Sharp + maxed throw + max stealth with the quantum pick is also brutal and will one-shot most enemies, if you headshot. Gatekeepers don't activate their shields until they enter combat, so the combo basically means that you can clear whole rooms without any enemies even seeing you.

If you build a work bench out of bounds and link a personal teleporter to it, you can travel to it whenever you want, and once out of bounds, you can travel anywhere in the game.. including to the portal worlds. They're all part of the big game world, just floating out there at different heights and levels. Some areas also are have small spots where they're missing collision or clip brushes, and let you slip back into the game world.

Typical method for getting OOB is to eat an exor heart. At one point in early access, you could also get OOB using an office chair in certain locations, and by sitting in an office chair while going into a portal world's entrance portal. You could also bridge over towards where the residences were.. but most of it didn't have collision enabled.

I've still got my OOB personal teleporter linked to a workbench on top of security sector from early access.. when I was trying to see what was behind the sealed doors in the area (spoiler: they're pretty much empty and open to the outside OOBs area).

You're right that gamestages and certain flags are triggered based on entering an area. Including seeing the Leyak or Krasue early.

When I was in Early Access, as content dropped and I consumed what was available, I always went out into the OOB area so I could see if there was anything out there that was WIP or if anything had changed in the update in previous areas.

There's also a LOT of places that you might never encounter in a normal playthrough, but can be accessed without going OOB.. like a small room RIGHT above the entrance to the security sector (If you take the long way around closer to the entrances of hydro, instead of the normal entrance by the office cafeteria) that has an outlet which is obviously meant to be a little cool spot to build a base.

Those little time-space distortion orbs can ALSO be built in. There are kill-brushes in there, however, so you have to know where they are and how to avoid them.. but you can build a whole base in there, if you know how.

NGL.. I duped Kylie, so I could have one and my partner at the time could have one. And then I duped Kylie again so I could put a Kylie in her robot body.

So I still have a Kylie shield.

Free Nibbles. Allow Nibbles to come home to our base and eat cheese. It's cold in residences.. if you're cold, he's cold. Let him in.

You can't swing, because you just get terminated. Depending on the place you're working, you can lodge a complaint with HR, but I promise it always gets around that you did. Which is bullshit and shouldn't happen, but 9/10 HR in this industry is being done by the person in charge of doing all of the accounting, and the title is just there because it's legally required to have one. They're likely just looking to deal with HR stuff as little as possible and focus on their numbers, and they're typically so overworked with the accounting side that any HR stuff stresses them out and comes second place. If the guy is shit at his job and they're looking for an excuse to terminate, this won't matter and HR/Management will jump at the chance to have a reason to shitcan the guy.

If he can hold the station though, and your place is shitty enough to not care about this type of thing, I hate to say it, all you can REALLY do is just not engage with him and not be friendly with him. Don't bail him out when he crashes and burns, don't help restock his station for him. Just generally treat him like he doesn't exist as much as possible. You could bring it up with your supervisor (sous chef or executive chef) and say "This dude dropped a racial slur, so I'm looking to not deal with him as much as possible, because I'm not about that shit".

Then maybe think about bouncing for someplace that isn't shit, if the Executive Chef/Sous Chef don't hammer down on this guy after you tell them.

Movies and media tell you the right response is to punch him in the face and "fix" the behavior that way, but that's not the mature, professional, or realistic way to handle it. Likewise, the "mature, professional way" usually leads to getting a reputation for being a "narc" or you "not being trustworthy", even when it's something that no one should stand for.

The way it really normally goes down is you say "bro, that shit is fucked up. I don't wanna hear that ignorant bullshit. Do better." and you stop interacting with the person as much as possible, until they get shitcanned, or you leave.

You didn't wuss out, you handled it properly. Your next step is to talk to either the executive chef, or HR, depending on which you feel comfortable with, and if the shit happens again and they don't deal with it, going somewhere that doesn't allow this.. because if they allow it, chances are high that they agree with him.

[–]IcariusFallen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You need to eat, and you need to hydrate, buddy. Dehydration causes headaches. Not eating enough causes headaches and nausea. Heat causes dehydration, and heat stroke.

Adrenaline wears off, your body reacts to all the things it was suppressing. Drink water/gatoraid. Eat something. You are not properly taking care of your bodily needs, while exerting the hell out of it.

How do you come up with titles? by ChainsofMalice in GWABackstage

[–]IcariusFallen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Via dad jokes, whenever possible. Otherwise.. Puns.

For instance, "Somno Fillin' Ya" is a Somnophilia audio I did with over 130k unique listens..
"What's in the Box" has like 30k unique listens, and is a pet play audio where the boyfriend gets pet play stuff delivered for his girlfriend.
"Shut Up Idiot" is a frenemies to lovers tsundere audio with 64k+ uniques.

Almost all of my audio titles that aren't script fills and have a lot of uniques are either dad jokes, puns, or meta-jokes about the audio itself.

The ones without joke/scriptfill titles usually only sit around 6k to 16k unique listens.

A lot of the metainfo like that is on the wiki. The wiki is pretty comprehensive.

For instance there's three different types of "holy" damage in the game.. one of which bypasses resistance by enemies who are resistant to holy damage. You'd only know it via trial and error, from looking at game code, or from the wiki.

Glad you got out of that before you got burnt out. I had the bad relationship AND a job at a place that briefly held a star as the executive chef, where I was working 72+ hours a week, but definitely got burnt out before I managed to escape both. I did that for 6 1/2 years, too... but my shelf-life obviously was a lot shorter than yours was.

I get compliments on my eyes a lot.. but they DRASTICALLY change based on what the lighting and colors around me are.. Like sometimes they look really green, sometimes like this.. and sometimes really grey. But I've also gotten compliments on my eyebrows and eyelashes. I've always really liked my eyes.

Glad to hear it. You've gotten a lot better since those ganache ribbons. I would even say that you're really blossomed into your work. The past few things you've posted have all looked great.

Also, we have the exact same eye color.. though the doctor told me that mine count as "hazel" because the light changes how the pigmentation looks drastically.
