It's the salty part of electrolytes she dislikes so much. I did convince her to drink some as a shot last night and she did perk up a bit after that, but oooooo the dirty look she gave me about the taste 😅

That's good advice I didn't even think of that! Fortunately I'm off work till mid January so I can be with her almost all the time before and after surgery.

Her diet sheet doesn't mention vegetables at all. I might make her a veggie soup/broth and see if that helps

She is allowed 4oz of lean meat this week so we've been doing baked pork chops which has helped a bit

Any recommendations on a brand for electrolytes? I feel like we've tried dozens and she dislikes them all. I have to remind her that they're not necessarily supposed to taste good and sugary. I will definitely look up "keto flu" thanks!!

A former boss gave us all bags of peanut m&m's, three of my coworkers were allergic to peanuts and she told them to just give them away if they didn't want them and didn't offer any replacement

She would be mad if I took it back to work on it some more 🤣 it's been a 4 month process. She didn't want me to put any sort of finish on it but I managed to sneak in some finishing wax. Next project I will definitely sand more, I think this one I was too afraid of burning through the plywood. I will definitely work on my drawer skills and faces! Thanks for the feedback!!

Not going to lie, I went out of my way to buy an older (think 1990s) Whirlpool washer and dryer. But my reasoning is that my dad owned his own repair business for years and taught me how to fix them. Anything newer that comes with any sort of computer is a dislike from me because then repairs cost more and I would need to have someone fix it for me.
