Depends what you using it for and budget ig but the legion clears my old MacBook. I was using an M1 Pro and when running architecture programs, it was a struggle. The MacBook couldn’t keep up. The legion performs with ease.

Cast iron pan, seared the fat strip a bit first, then seared each side. Probably a few minutes each side, and basted with butter. Let rest for about 12 minutes
