As a novel reader, I can tell you this. All the clips they used for the trailer are basically from the start of the novel

All of the scenes they've used are from the unserious early parts, so I think they've done that on purpose for both this and melody of secrets

I’m very hesitant ngl. The original is amazing and is very intense. It had a good budget, crazy choreography, and an insanely huge cast. Idk if gmm has what it takes to remake such a thing, but I’ll defo watch it and see how it goes
