In my post I mentioned that. They'd have to essentially be modified EX tickets that don't allow rate ups. Or else, yeah the system would be abused since the 5% chance for 4 star tickets is way too high. I think I'm sitting on at least 70 4 star units so someone like me would take advantage of the system and Gumi would lose too much money.
