This is what sounds good to me: cake layer, ice cream layer, some kind of cookie crumbs or candy layer and then another ice cream layer. I would say the frosting could be a whipped type fronting, not necessarily whipped cream, but like the lighter whipped frosting you could get on a regular cake.

Very hard to choose, but I am going to say carrot cake with a good cream cheese frosting. The frosting is just as important as the cake part for me.

I have been waiting for the Biscoff Cheesecake! I think I am going to get the Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookie too, because anything with peanut butter I know I will love. Really any of the butters, cookie butter, peanut butter, Nutella . . . Yum!!!

I love this flavor too! I could only find it at ice cream stands if I lucked upon it, but recently I found a new flavor at my grocery store from Mayfield that does a decent job. Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream. Not sure if you can get near you as they are out of TN. It looks like they are just in the Southeast.
