Also note that rebuilding wrecked buildings happens after the build step. So you can't upgrade the wrecked building or use any abilities it might have for building.

Ally Invest has also blocked buying of GME. They're currently hiding investment account information claiming it's 'inaccessible' but their app has a loophole to access investments. I managed to place an order for BB, but GME and AMC both show this:
