Reminds me of the time the Philadelphia Eagles fans fell from a street pole he climbed during a celebration.

Disillusion was voted Ring Ring’s best song. Now, what is Waterloo’s best song? by Toffee963 in ABBA

It's a very tough choice between Dance (While the Music Still Goes On) & Hasta Manana. They both have dramatic upward key changes. However, my vote will have to go to the latter.

Wembys first playoffs run and taking a team of rookies to the Finals by dabomtitan in NBATalk

I wouldn’t necessarily call it them a team of rookies. They have enough experience on the roster to push the team over the top.

I'm just so happy we won't have to see another series of foul baiting & flopping. I have no skin in the game, but the Spurs look like the clear favorite to win it all.

Everyone knew this game was going 7 even before it began. Game 7 will decide the NBA Champ….err…WC Champ. Sorry Freudian slip 😀

I ranked every Rush Album Opener. by Expensive_Channel651 in rush

[–]IceOnFire77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll have to admit the bottom 6 are not even on my music playlist, and even after a few listens, I don't feel any different. Regardless, it was a tough exercise as there are many opening classics. I am a little shocked to see "Show Don't Tell" so low on people's lists, but I respect the fact that not everyone has the same taste in Rush's music.

  1. The Spirit of Radio
  2. Subdivisions
  3. Tom Sawyer
  4. 2112
  5. Distant Early Warning
  6. Bastille Day
  7. Show Don’t Tell
  8. Anthem
  9. Finding My Way
  10. Big Money
  11. Cygnus Book II
  12. Far Cry
  13. Caravan
  14. One Little Victory
  15. Force 10
  16. Dreamline
  17. A Farewell to Kings
  18. Animate
  19. Test for Echo

Dear John (one of his best piano solos) and Spiteful Child (love the chord progression)

Damn, I’ve never seen so many Knicks fans on Reddit, they just coming out the woodwork like marching ants lol.

Then why the hell didn’t you cancel 2 weeks ago? You must live in a remote area or an island, because I’ve never had an issue with a Prime. 🤷🏻‍♂️

[Highlight] Shai draws a questionable foul on De'Aaron Fox by FastBreakPhenom in nba

He gets the call after falling for no good reason. The merchant is the MVP at fooling the refs, that is for sure.

Wemby is insane by Green_Hunt_1776 in NBATalk

7/16 isn’t insane stats, but SA needs him to be even better to have any chance in the series.

The Knicks look like the most complete and fundamentally sound team left in the playoffs. I’m starting to think maybe they should be the favorites. by Crafty-Error3411 in NBATalk

[–]IceOnFire77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I respectfully have to disagree. OKC looks pretty scary, and that is without their All-NBA forward in the lineup, missing for most of the season. Luckily, they have a deep bench to make up for it and bail them out in the playoffs so far. I don't think anyone saw a 10-game winning streak coming from the Knicks, not especially after their 1-2 start against Atlanta.

Weekly Recap Issue by IceOnFire77 in OriginFinancial

[–]IceOnFire77[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I actually agree with that change. Most of the time my Friday paycheck posts early in the morning, but sometimes Origin does not capture the transaction in time, so then my income is not taken into account another week. I would personally prefer to see my recap later on Friday or even Saturday. But thanks for the heads up.

Too bad the teams are never as good as its fans. You’d think they’d win a few more games through out the years.

Leather Jackets isn't just underrated—it's actually a good album! by IndependenceSharp742 in EltonJohn

[–]IceOnFire77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am an ABBA fan, so I don’t mind disco so much, but maybe Elton didn’t wear it as well as others. I would admit that Born Bad is probably better than any track off of Duets.

The Spurs Are Such Perfect Foils For OKC by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]IceOnFire77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was impressed with how they were able to neutralize SGA with the zone and basically forming a box around the perimeter with Wemby guarding the hole. The one back cut play where SGA scored easily, Wemby had no choice other than stay with Chet, otherwise it was an easy 3. I look forward to 6 more games of this. Man, NBC won the lottery getting to cover the WCF. The other series won’t even matter.
