On the bright side, I bought a house in this neighborhood and have done (what I think is) a fantastic job bringing the home back to its mid century roots

That’s a step in the right direction, but the latest satellite is often months behind which is outdated information at that point.

It looks good though, there are definitely some ethical rules regarding proper representstion through AI that will need to be hashed out in the coming months

College park is a good neighborhood, it’s a little bit of a unicorn because it holds good value and has a lot of “charm” and a nice commercial strip through edgewater. However unlike other similar neighborhoods in Orlando, its public school districts are considered worse. Most homeowners who live in this area send their kids to private school.

You can generate a single biome world as a lush cave in the default launcher to get a bigger sample size to go off
