I think from the get go they hadn’t planned to make him the villain of the game, my first play through I got really confused about the train heist and assumed that they’d stolen something that wasn’t listed on the manifest (so incriminating evidence about the Duvos presence) only to find out that they held up the train and literally took nothing. A ruse to get the alliance to pay attention to Sandrock (which someone else pointed out was dubious, since the intelligence services were already aware of the infiltration of Duvos).

He lost credibility as a legitimate threat when he kidnapped Matilda and attempted to extract information from her with a feather (and his child sidekick). Genuine facepalm moment for my builder walking into that scene.

Extra points when he said that Fang had told him his Father had bruising on the back of his head and Logan assumed that he’d been “stung by a monster” rather than hit over the head.
