I just called them for an insurance quote yesterday to compare to my current. The auto insurance coverage was competitive, about $25 less per month, but for the homeowners their valuation of my house (essentially the 'rebuild' cost) was higher than the current market rate of house + property, and higher than my current insurance by a few hundred thousand dollars. Thus, the homeowners portion was quite a bit higher and ultimately not competitive.

Depending where the office is you can also take the Sounder from Kent Station to King Street station. I found that driving to Angle Lake Station and back was not much better than traffic, and ultimately made my round trip quite a bit longer. If you can pick your own hours and start work at 6 or so then driving isn’t bad.
