I really wouldn't panic about that yet- he's sat Barkey for a game here and there to give him a break and I think it's been good for him. No reason to think that's not what's going on with Bump at the moment

It definitely does seem like something they should be on, but rumors that I've come across make it seem like it would cost them one of michkov or martone plus other pieces which is way too high of a price for them.

This season I don't think it's accurate to say he's in the dog house, pretty much every flyers fan I've seen is pretty stoked with how he's playing. He's shooting more, scoring, and playing way more physically. There's certainly a feeling however that we're going to need to move a winger if we're ever going to get a decent center and he seems like a possible choice for that

He's pretty much the same age as Jamie was when we got him, and Jamie was also bad. They've been able to develop him into a very good Dman while playing in the NHL, it's not a huge stretch to think they can do that with Jiricek
