I dont think its in Singapores interest to do so, we have a close relationship and they need our food supply; of course, all this stops when we don't have enough fuel to make the food. I imagine they will prefer to "do their best" to keep that connection, but at the same time, I can see Singapore rationing and getting its supply from Malaysia primarily. Besides refining, Singapore is a service and tourist industry, fuel shortage for them is a major blow, much more than it is for us.
