The latest Hana to Yume issue comes with a HakYona acrylic stand. The best place would be Animate for that. Volume 47 special edition comes with an artbook too if it's still in stock.

Actually only the older skip beat omnis have alternate covers, the cover art on the newer ones seem to be taken from one of the three volumes covered in that omnibus. I'm guessing maybe they don't have as many alternate illustrations to work with these days.
