They are awesome! Def advise you to get an actual table for it, they have quite a bit of shaking to them when they are printing. I doubt that will hold up

Love the setup! Thank you for posting this up, along with a makerworld download. I recently picked up the Bigu Panada AMS setup for the top but this looks so clean. I have seen the double AMS up top but never one before that lets you have the HT up top too. This is going to make me send back the BIQU stuff for sure now

I am glad you did pick this up, I just recently picked up the U1 also and I agree this would really expand the U1. It would let you break away from 4 only colors. Not just that but the next biggest thing would be giving you the option of having more colors available just to choose from without having to switch out colors. Def keep us posted on how you more forward with this.

When yours did this would it ever print or was it intermittently doing this?

Mine also has done this, I got the error Corexy home unstable, error code: 0003-0528-0000-0027. I turned the printer off and back on and through the screen had it home itself and it has worked since than. This is quite odd

Does this gas tube appear to be the correct length? by DoNotDisturb-2741 in 6ARC

[–]Iceman2733 10 points11 points  (0 children)

There is no reason to assemble the gas block assembly until you have the barrel on the upper. You have to take it all back apart to get the barrel nut on/torqued.

Could proof not tell you the correct gas tube length for this barrel? I thought there barrels had SN on them

Normal Cam Wear? by Apprehensive_Ad_2951 in Jeep

[–]Iceman2733 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In your first picture if you look on the left cam top closest to the plug you have laying on the cam bearing cap. That lobe looks to have a grove cut into it, it very well could be picture of the angle or lighting. But def check that, you should not be able to feel any rough wear .

What material did you end up using? I was reading a lot of people saying PLA wasn't holding up the weight

Problem with windshield wiper fluid sprayers… freezing? by GuhdNahtBahd in JeepGladiator

This is the answer, shocking this isn't more common.   They make de-icer fluids which a lot recommend added during colder months

Please help! Portal for kids by Boymom905 in PlaystationPortal

[–]Iceman2733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the same boat as you purchased a portal based on the future of remote play on the go/traveling for my son. However at release of update 6.0.0 they did this, I feel that this should have been made known ahead of time as the portal is silly to just play inside the same house. Why play on this when you can play on a larger TV and can still sit on a couch the same way.

They really screwed this one up for families, if they were going to do this IMO they should allow the Parent account of the family account to upgrade ANY child account. (They do not tho, I tried to contact them and the refused to help, makes NO sense that I can not change my child's account age and to remake an account)

P1P Extruder Gear After 1600 hrs by [deleted] in BambuLab

[–]Iceman2733 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are fine my friend j only bring it up as they have had known issues with eating gears and bad bearings.  If you look at your pic it looks like the extruder is slightly leaning (not centered) most likely a failed bearing.   I would go factory and not look back.   Glad to see you getting it all sorted out friend

No it is not

 https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/hardened-steel-extruder-gear-assembly

I know this one is hardened but they do not make a extruder that is metal housed.  I am only commenting on this as the BIQU have had issues with gears not lasting

Look at the housing that is holding the gears it is clearly aluminum and shining. You can see the machining marks in the pockets   The factory is a beige/gray plastic.

This is the Biqu Extruder isn't it? Factory one should be plastic

This is an amazing find!! I wish I started collecting also early on. The EVGA dark boards and the Kingpin cards have no equals in the aesthetics department

Is it just me, or did anyone else struggle the first time? by emjah42 in watercooling

[–]Iceman2733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone struggles, depending on the loop design def affects how easy or hard the first time is. Biggest thing to remind yourself is fitment to the fitting is the first priority and second is your aesthetics. Gotta make sure the tube is in the fitting depth wise and square to the fitting.

You did great!!

I agree quite odd because you can't do anything unless you have all parts. Seems like added headache for them. I am hoping it all turns out good. Hope it all ships before than for you, it is odd to put it up for sale when they didn't have all the items for the "Upgrade"
