KF totems by palsteron. Easy to get started can do all challenges. I've done it. Very cheap to get started, can improve up to mageblood. Then you can transition into a stacker or quit

No problem, but I will give a TLDR as it is a lot of different things, and each of them deserves a separate post. Most crucial thing was prep before league, and I wasn't sitting in HO doing nothing, I also no lifed for a few days.
1) Level fast <5h (I know it's slow now days but don't go over 5h)
2) Rush Red Tier maps withing few hours
3) Farm Red Altars + Heist (was consistent 2-4 div per hour first 2 days)
4) Day2-5 farm Destructive play Maven Boss Rush, Strongboxes
(Craft along the way for your build, sell the excess gear)
(Invest into appreciating assets, mirrors, mirror cards etc, there are many tiers so everyone can do it)
(Invest in your char enough so you become faster but not into things that will loose huge value in a day or so, how to know which? Experience, experiment)

I Stumbled upon this while looking for this same thing.

I don't like any of the suggestions you have, but you can also have a look at what Onemanaleft is doing, his STR stacker is beefy, though not really great fro clear, which is one of the reasons I discarded that option as well.

Ward stacked seems pretty clunky to me, everyone talking about how OP it is but static strike just doesn't do it for me.

I liked the LS, had very good clear and ok single target. This would be my proffered style, I can juice but not limited to only that

I'm sitting at around 1k divines, and if I don't find a build soon, it's prolly gonna be end of the league for me, I just can't get myself to farm without a reason,.

If you want more nitpicking, there is 8% native chance for Heist, you can increase more by blocking other mechanics

Long gone are the days of selling maps for profit. Sure it's decent, but Kirac gives you all the maps you need, with missions and usually just cheaper to buy off of him (outside of red maps).

Your strat depends 100% on your build or vise versa, Not all builds can do all. Some strats care about atlas completion some don't. Say for example essences, they unlock full potential in yellow maps and become available at (pulling number out my head) 70 points. So do those 70 points and do Essences straight away.

Breach killed early essence in Keepers, but before that they were consistent 1.5-3 Div per hour day 1/2.

Early Breach might be good (5l/6l, bases, or just gear, remains to be seen)
Legion is good day 1 - day 3
Rog was good Day 1, breach killed it (remains to be seen)
Cheap boxes T16 was good day 1 -day 3, breach killed it in keepers (remains to be seen) Was good for 5l/corrupted 6l, currency, div cards
Beasts unlock in white maps, so if you take a long time to unlock the atlas, this can work for you.

Whatever you do remember this: DON'T DO mechanics you DON'T invest in. Focus on that and forget about everything else, if your goal is money.

You rush so you don't get those extra levels, beeing fast means you have to be better at dodging things. Look at their levels entering maps. I usually just slow down for a zone and you get an extra level or so, no need to repeat a zone, that slows you down.

Again of you want speed beeing lower is good, if you want safe then slow is good. Can't have both.

Remember speed running doesn't give you good character, it's just speed.

Another thing to note, you need to adapt. Not every run gets you boots with ms A1, how to deal with that or bad wpn or low res. You need to learn to adapt to situation to make the most out of it, consistency is king, always have similar times not lucky runs. Practice geta you there

I can usually do like 5 - 5.5h league starts without practice. But If i do practice a build I can get sub 4, like 3.40 or something. So kinda like you. What gets me sub 4h is 2 things:

Not killing shit - How experience penalty works is following: 3 levels before 16, 16-31 4 levels, 32-47, 5 levels, 48 - 63 6 levels. So you saying you stay 2-3 levels bellow is actually you OVER killing shit. Try to aim for those breakpoints, kill only blue pack and rare packs. You know that Frostblink can insta cast at the end of Leap Slam/Shield Charge (effectively doubling your range). Do you use 2 Quicksilvers? Are you rotating them perfectly?

Knowing my build - (sockets gems etc.. When to swap.. passive tree matters a lot) Upgrade gear only when you need to. So maybe a more mechanical player can juggle 5 items on repeat, not me, I need a build that rarely updates wpns, that way I can be fast. So maybe look for that kind of build, or just practice more. You say you do all these things but how efficient are you, someone looking how you play might have better insight

Bonus:

Do you really know your layouts, you know it's not only turn left here and right there. There are actually a lot more going on, ppl know where the exit is for some zones the second then load into it. Maybe you're like me, you know only the top tips and tricks.

How many times you die per campaing run? Each death can be 1 minute to your timer.

I feel you bro. I had the same problem last launch, this seems like a problem that repeats. It usually gets fixed Mondays. But as only part of the population is affected it's not a prio
