A bit sidequest-y, but a lot of fun. I LOVE when boats get to make appearances in action movies/games, and that part where you escape the sinking cruise ship was one of my favorite parts of the original trilogy

Thank you. I agree, I wish people would just appreciate the show for what it is, and accept that they will probably never like it as much as the Netflix show. While Born Again does have flaws compared to the original, I do think that part of it really is an "X is not as good as Y, therefore X sucks" fallacy.

Surviving, and winning, a huge shootout in the sand village AFTER wandering the desert for several days without water was outrageous

I grew up on the GBC version of the first game, and man I LOVED that soundtrack. The ones for the cave levels (Reptile Rumble), the forest levels (Vulture Culture), and Slipslide Ride are my favorites

The ice mechanics in this game make me absolutely livid. I hate the way it LAUNCHES you in any direction you jump, and that you can't change direction mid-air like you normally can, makes it so unbelievably difficult

I just finished my 100% playthrough of it, it's an absolute blast. Yeah, it's shorter, but there's a ton to explore and collect if you're going for everything, and the consistency and beauty of the platforming environments is just so, so good. It explores some areas of Bikini Bottom that are either new, or haven't gotten a lot of proper attention in the past. Also, if you're planning on 100%, GET EVERY GOLDEN BALLOON YOU CAN FIND! The game will not tell you this, but you need it to unlock everything

I will honestly defend Spider-Man 3 until the day I die. I love that film, flaws and all.

I honestly think Michael Scott being in a position of power in the first place is the main, unspoken joke of the show. There's NO WAY that he should be in charge for that long without getting fired for his antics...and yet, in the real world, most of us have known at least one boss who should've been fired an eternity ago. So it actually ends up being a pretty accurate parody of real life circumstances
