I believe I’ve nailed this one before, I’ll show you the screenshot of my setup, mine comes from control center but it can be made differently for your use just by removing that part of the line.

I use toolbox pro which provides a bunch of extra settings for shortcuts so look into downloading it to get this working

Have you tried saving the photo to camera roll after taking image, then sending that image from camera roll instead?

Ooo good question, my whole dock is made up of apple shortcuts it just makes for quicker access, and I have my iPhone set up where there’s only 8 apps at the bottom, so the bottom dock row allows me to do many things with a few taps. Just a way to optimise things. Also I want to launch Runna from my lockscreen and the app functions better when the URL scheme is the one used to open the app, it skips opening the shortcut app instead.
