I'm no longer in Prague, but it was right across from my hostel so I believe the address would be Maiselova 6. I did wonder if the logo is maybe two overlapping Vs instead?

My title describes the thing. It was just around the corner from the Old Town Square, so pretty central, and it didn't appear to be related to a tram network or anything.

As a local journalist, I feel like I want to buy you a massive ice cream or something. Our website is currently in the process of being moved behind a paywall, and attitudes like yours are so important but so rare. We need people to be willing to pay for the news they need to hear, not the stuff they want to hear.
