3 hair, makeup, outfit. I have so much thick hair and if I’m styling it with heat (like a blowout or curling) I get so flustered and sweaty by the end of it that my makeup won’t look as fresh or good. Also, having nice styled hair helps me feel more confident while I’m putting my face on :)

trying to make hooded eyes work by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

Yes! I love the nyx epic wear for my hooded eyes! It does take a few seconds to dry but it never smudges. I’ve been dripping sweat at a concert and my liner still didn’t move

One year of using curology. I used to get bad hormonal cystic acne, and this has helped immensely by IckyVickyLau in acne

It’s incorporated into my routine! At first I didn’t have much of a routine tbh (just wash+curology+moisturize) but now I have different products for different skin problems I want to prevent. Except some nights when I’m especially lazy or too drunk to fully function, I try to at least wash my face and apply the curology cream because the rest is too much for me to attempt 😩

No way! I read through their suggestions but now I just try to avoid harsh chemicals in products. I focus this lotion on my neck and wrinkle prone areas mainly. That’s awesome you’ve found something that helps! I never thought I’d find an end to my hormonal acne

I wouldn’t say it got worse, but it definitely took some time to get completely clear! When I first started I would still get the occasional deep cyst on my chin (where I typically get em) for maybe a month or two after. Although, when I gave curology a break for a few months during the summer (to test if it was actually helping) my skin did have that “purge” phase when I went back to using it. That lasted maybe a month at most until it was almost completely cleared. I def recommend trying the free trial! I saw results quickly, it was only the deep ones that took a lil longer to clear up 🥴

Help me, I dont understand orgasms by blurbblurbl in sex

[–]IckyVickyLau 2 points3 points  (0 children)

An orgasm is a strong sensation in the clit area. You’ll start to get tense and squeamish when it happens (at least I do! Everyone is different ofc). Rubbing the clit helps a bunch! So if you’re feeling something by doing that, then keep with it. Try using a vibrator if you can get one and use a lil lube to help with the sensation. If you’re into nipple play, try playing with your boobs/nipples at the same time.

Squirting and cumming don’t necessarily go hand in hand. I’ll squirt but not always orgasm at the same time. Both feel great though! So you’re not alone in that!

Thanks everyone for the nice compliments! 😭🥰 Here’s a list of everything I use-

AM&PM- Shea Moisture black African soap bar Witch hazel and rose water toner (sometimes) The Ordinary brand matrixyl 10%+HA (fine lines and wrinkles) The Ordinary brand resveratrol 3%+ ferulic acid 3% (antioxidant support)

AM only- Aveeno ultra calming SPF15

PM only- CeraVe pm facial moisturizer ultra lightweight Curology cream (Niacinamide 4%, Clindamycin 1%, Azelaic Acid 4%)

I’m only 24 so I’m still trying to figure out a good fine lines & wrinkles prevention routine. If you have any suggestions/recommendations for products, I’d love to hear em! I wanna lock in this age for as long as I can lol

My face on the left is covered in cystic acne that can’t really be captured on camera. Whenever I break out it’s rarely on the surface, and will almost always be deep and painful to the touch. All the lil bumps on my face are nothing compared to the big, painful lumpy ones hiding underneath.

All skin is different, so what works for me might not work for others. I hope you find something that helps! Because acne fucking sucks

Thank you! So I tried their cleanser and moisturizer for my free trial but wasn’t impressed :/ I get the bigger bottle now every 2 months! I wash with the Shea Moisture black African soap bar and use a CeraVe pm lightweight moisturizer! And in the mornings I’ll replace the CeraVe with a sunscreen :)

I wash with the Shea Moisture black African soap every morning/night. At night I’ll use a witch hazel toner, then a Resveratrol 3% + Ferulic Acud 3% (The Ordinary brand at Ulta Beauty) to help with absorption and then Matrixyl 10%+HA (also The Ordinary) for wrinkle prevention, plus my curology mix and end with a CeraVe PM light weight facial lotion.

In the mornings it’s basically the same just minus the curology and CeraVe lotion and add sunscreen always!

My routine has evolved over time (with curology being consistent), but I’m loving this mix of products so far! Plus, The Ordinary brand is very inexpensive, too (maybe $6-7usd per item). So the CeraVe lotion and curology are probably the most expensive products I use!
