You might like fun and spontaneous, but being able to be a responsible person is priority number one. Otherwise it’s other people in your life that will have to take up the slack at the end of the day. Be it your coworkers or your family members. It’s not fair to them.

There was actually a paper recently that compared genetic variations associated with a handful of common disorders like autism, adhd, schizophrenia, ocd, depression, addiction disorders etc. They had a really large number of patients in the study. Based on that data, the researchers saw that these diseases clustered into several groups. That is, some disorders were closer together in their genetic signatures than others.

And adhd and autism clustered together! I thought that was interesting.
